By accessing or using the Dolan mobile application, website, and related services ("Dolan", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Dolan app or services.

Dolan is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users plan, personalize, and book travel experiences in Indonesia through conversational interactions.

Our services may include:

• AI-generated travel itineraries
• Travel recommendations and planning tools
• Booking facilitation for accommodation, activities, transportation, insurance, and eSIM services
• Customer support and in-app communication

Dolan acts as a technology platform and does not directly operate flights, hotels, tours, or travel insurance products.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Dolan.

By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date

Dolan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Dolan uses artificial intelligence to generate travel recommendations and itineraries. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may be incomplete or subject to change
• Recommendations are informational and not guarantees
• Availability, pricing, and conditions may change without notice

Users are encouraged to review booking details carefully before confirming.

You agree not to:

• Use Dolan for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the app's functionality or security
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Abuse or harass Dolan staff or partners

Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination.

All content within the Dolan app, including but not limited to:

• Software
• Design
• Logos
• Text
• AI-generated outputs

are owned by or licensed to Dolan and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without prior written consent.

Your use of Dolan is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

By using Dolan, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Dolan does not engage in cross-app tracking, targeted advertising, or advertising measurement as defined under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

We do not share personal data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Dolan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolan disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of information
• Availability of services
• Fitness for a particular purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolan shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from third-party services
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, or service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dolan for the relevant service, if any.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dolan at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law or regulation
• Necessary to protect Dolan, users, or partners

You may stop using Dolan at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be effective upon posting within the app or on our website. Continued use of Dolan after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
