Rescheduling by the guest made 48 hours or more before departure is free of charge.

Rescheduling by the guest made less than 48 hours before departure is subject to a IDR 2,000,000 rescheduling fee.

If weather conditions on the flight day are unsafe and show no sign of improvement, the flight may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed time.

If rescheduling is not possible (e.g., guest is leaving the next day), no fees will be charged.

All weather-related flight decisions are at the sole discretion of the pilot.

Flights will not operate in heavy rain, poor visibility, or thunderstorm conditions.

PT. Fly Bali Indoaviasi is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, or other expenses, if the helicopter flight cannot operate due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.
