Cancellation made by guest 7 days or more before flight date will receive a refund of amount paid minus IDR 5,000,000 administration fee.

Cancellation within 24 hours before flight time is subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

No cancellation fees apply if the flight is cancelled due to: Adverse weather conditions Aircraft technical or force majeure conditions NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) Delay from previous flight Security or government restrictions

Rescheduling by guest that is made 48 hours or more before departure is free of charge.

Rescheduling by guest that is made less than 48 hours before departure is subject to a IDR 2,000,000 rescheduling fee.

If weather conditions on the flight day are unsafe and show no sign of improvement, the flight may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed time.

If rescheduling is not possible (e.g., guest is leaving the next day), no fees will be charged.

All weather-related flight decisions are at the sole discretion of the pilot.

Flights will not operate in heavy rain, poor visibility, or thunderstorm conditions.

PT. Fly Bali Indoaviasi is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, or other expenses, if the helicopter flight cannot operate due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.
