Rescheduling by the guest that is made 48 hours or more before departure is free of charge

Rescheduling by the guest that is made less than 48 hours before departure is subject to a IDR 2,000,000 rescheduling fee.

If weather conditions on the flight day are unsafe and show no sign of improvement, the flight may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed time.
