Pick-up at Banyuwangi harbour
Pickup from Banyuwangi harbour, then drive approximately 3–4 hours toward Sukamade Beach via Rajegwesi Beach. Continue by 4WD jeep through cocoa, rubber, and sugar cane plantations, crossing rivers along the way. Arrive at Sukamade Beach around 04:30 PM.
Dinner
Dinner at 18:00, followed by ranger briefing at 19:00
Turtle nesting observation
Begin turtle nesting observation on Sukamade Beach. After turtles lay their eggs, the eggs are transferred to a conservation area.
Rest at Sukamade guesthouse
Rest overnight at Sukamade guesthouse.
Baby Turtle Release
Return to Sukamade Beach to release baby turtles into the ocean.
Breakfast and back to Banyuwangi
Breakfast at 08:00 AM, then transfer back to Banyuwangi City. At around 14:00, we will check in at the guesthouse, where you will have free time to rest before trekking to Ijen.
Pick-up from Banyuwangi guesthouse
We will pick you up at midnight from your accommodation and drive to Paltuding basecamp.
Begin trekking to Ijen Crater
We will begin trekking at 02:00 to Kawah Ijen crater. Witness the blue fire, sunrise, and explore the crater lake until around 06:00
Return to Paltuding
Return to Paltuding and drive back to the hotel.
Back to Banyuwangi
We will collect our belongings and transfer you back to Banyuwangi harbour or train station. End of tour.
